Navigate Life’s Challenges With Ease

Trauma-Informed Therapy helps you rise above your challenges and start moving towards your ideal life with less suffering and more fulfillment.

You will get the fresh perspective you need to finally resolve things from your past and finally find answers and get the help you need.

Even if you are fearful about talking about your childhood, trauma informed therapy may be helpful.

I’ve helped people feeling stuck because of past experiences find freedom in their present by processing those past memories. Through EMDR, my clients have found newfound peace and resolve that they hadn’t felt before.

My name is Keila Stout and I am a Trauma-Informed Therapist who is here to help.

How Trauma Therapy Works

Trauma Therapy with me consists of 50-minute, one-on-one sessions that help you work through your concerns. In addition to listening, I will guide you through your past and present. Here’s how it will work step-by-step:

  1. First, I provide a safe, accepting space so that you will feel comfortable sharing your struggles with me.
  2. Through hearing your story, I will start to get a picture of what your challenges are.
  3. As we move through therapy, we will get an idea of when processing a past memory would benefit you in the present.
  4. When you’re equipped and ready for EMDR, I will guide you through processing past memories.
  5. Those past memories will get unstuck and you may notice they don’t bother you as much anymore.
  6. Over the course of our sessions, you may notice that your self awareness and ability to respond effectively to life’s challenges has improved.
